Harvest is behind us. The fruit is in, the cellar is working, and our tasting room doors are open again.
Join us Saturday at Hye Top for an afternoon in the Texas Hill Country — estate-grown wines, long views down the rows, and the easy quiet that settles over a vineyard once the picking is done.
We’ve also repriced a good part of our list. Taste through it, find what you want on your table this fall, and take a case home while you’re out this way.
Reservations are encouraged to help us prepare for the day, though walk-ins are always welcome.
Wine service is for guests 21+. Children are welcome with adult supervision.

We kindly ask that outside alcohol not be brought onto the property.
To keep the environment enjoyable for all guests, we ask that there be no smoking during your visit.
Hye Top is a working vineyard, so tours may be limited. When available, tours are guided by a member of our team.
We simply ask that guests be respectful of the space and those around them so everyone can enjoy the experience.
