Hye Top is a family-run, working vineyard, so we are not always available. But if you have some flexibility, we would love to have you here.
Located in the Texas Hill Country
Hye Top Vineyards
Hye Top is located at the top of a large, south – facing hill. There are rock layers throughout, which causes the vines to have to work hard to find water and nutrients. This is one of the reasons our fruit has outstanding quality and an abundance of minerals. The rocks also provide aeration in the subsurface areas.

We want your time at Hye Top to feel relaxed, welcoming, and easy to enjoy. Here are a few helpful notes as you plan your visit for opening day.
Reservations are encouraged to help us plan for the day, but they are not required. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Absolutely. We’d love for you to share the experience. Feel free to bring friends and enjoy the day together.
Yes, children are welcome. We simply ask that they remain closely supervised while on the property.
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome in our outdoor areas.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy it at the vineyard.
We kindly ask that outside alcohol not be brought onto the property.
To keep the environment enjoyable for all guests, we ask that there be no smoking during your visit.
Hye Top is a working vineyard, so tours may be limited. When available, tours are guided by a member of our team.
We simply ask that guests be respectful of the space and those around them so everyone can enjoy the experience.
